How do we work?
Arris Developments Ltd help home owners, land owners and developers by taking on all of the work and risks associated with obtaining planning permission. This includes, but is not limited to, the following up-front work and costs:
Managing the whole planning application and potential appeal processes
Preparing architectural drawings
Planning, design and access statements
Ecological surveys of existing building(s)
RICS accredited valuations
Planning application fees
We will develop a scheme to maximise the potential and value of your site. We will then submit and promote the planning application. If we do not obtain planning permission, you will not be liable to pay any costs or associated fees.
Mike Gilbert is a professional member of the Royal Town Planning Institute with over 30 years of experience working in Oxfordshire - both at a senior level within local authorities and as a private planning consultant. Within that time, Mike has advised applicants and clients on the full range of planning issues, with a particular focus on residential developments of all scales.
Will Davis is a residential development site finder with over 5 years of experience, working in both South London and Oxfordshire. Will has a wealth of experience in commercial property, residential property and can advise on asset management, residential development potential, and site cost appraisals.
Our Team has been involved in dozens of projects across the South East. We have worked with developers, homeowners, landowners, farmers, and others.
